Textiles!

I'm just about to finish my evaluation of my skirt (picture posted below) of my last project.

Then I want to work towards my planning of my controlled assessment and hopefully get a clear idea of what I'm going to make! In Bangles & Tat (Ashby) they have this GORGEOUS lace and beaded cordy stuff which I think would look amazing on it. I just hope it actually looks as good as it does in my head; fingers crossed!

Just for the excitement of loading up my first picture, here is a skirt I have now finished... *yay*! It would be interesting to include Geraldine in my blog so just wait and see.

I'm new to this site, however my basic design is inspired by a design for a Moroccan themed dress I intend to make. Photos may be uploaded if I ever learn how. =]

Me and my friend, Emma, have taken Textiles and are rapidly working towards a GCSE! We decided to start blogging after a genius idea of a photoshoot in our textiles work. Photos etc. will be uploaded as we take them and hopefully this blog will become somewhat amazing.
